Our goal was to understand how well-designed applications build trust and authenticity, leading to increased user engagement

To address concerns about payment delays, we revamped our messaging system. Clear and transparent communication about redemption timelines was implemented, ensuring users were informed and reassured.


Streaks and Badges
Recognizing the need to bring users back daily, we explored various strategies. The decision to introduce gamification, specifically streaks and badges, emerged as a powerful approach. This not only incentivized daily usage but also added a competitive and rewarding aspect to the platform.
Leaderboard
Daily, weekly, and monthly leaderboards were introduced to add an element of challenge and competition. Users striving for top positions were rewarded, enhancing engagement and excitement within the mPaisa community
Referral Program
To expand mPaisa's reach, we implemented a 'Refer and Earn' strategy. Leveraging the trust that comes from personal recommendations, this approach proved effective in acquiring new users and fostering a sense of community
Additionally, our referral program offered extra rewards for increased referrals, creating a dynamic and rewarding user experience.
